Giveaway: Happy Mother's Day

I can't think of a better way to celebrate the mothers in your life then a giveaway! Hachette has put together an exclusive & exciting medley of their newest titles especially for mothers. Here's the list:

JUST LET ME LIE DOWN by Kristin van Ogtrop

GOD NEVER BLINKS by Regina Brett

THE CRADLE by Patrick Somerville

HEART OF MY HEART by Kristin Armstrong

ROSES by Leila Meacham

Thanks to the fine folks at Hachette, one winner will receive a set of all five books! I'm going to make this one easy to enter. Just leave a comment (with a valid email address) telling me who'd you give these books to -- it's okay if it's yourself! I will take entries through Monday, May 17th at 11:59 p.m. ET, and I will notify the winner the following day. This contest is open to those of you in the U.S. and Canada only -- no p.o. boxes please. Good luck!

What a nice collection of books. Thanks for the opportunity to win. I think I would split the books up between my mother, my grandmother, my sister and sister-in-law and myself. I would hand them out based on the synopsis on the back, giving the books that I deemed most appropriate to each person respectively.

I can be reached at booksnakereviews [at] gmail [dot] com . Good luck everyone!

Well Roses is the one that caught my eye so I would definitely keep that one. The others I would share with some special ladies in my life.

What a nice collection. Since my mother is in heaven, I would probably read these first and then pass them on to whomever I think they would minister to/be blessed by recieving them.

Oh, I would probably send Roses to my sister-in-law that doesn't live in Texas anymore and pass another on to my other sister-in-law, maybe see if my sister would like one and pass one to my daughter. She isn't a mother yet, but one day probably. If I had any left, I would keep one for me!

This is a fabulous collection of books, and I would love to read all of them. I would then offer them to members of my lupus, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis support group as many of us are often confined to home. When we are through with them, I plan on donating them to our local library for all to enjoy.

I would keep them for myself to read over the summer and then probably leave them at my parent's beach house so anyone who is there can read them. My mom, sister and sister in laws are always looking for good beach reads.

I would keep God Never Blinks and Heart of my Heart. The other 3 books would go to my sister in law. We recently moved cross country and she stuffed our 7 member family into her house for 3 months while we got our start out here. 13 people in a 4 bedroom house. We couldn't have made the move without her. She deserves the books!
