Look What I Got!

On Friday, I was lucky enough to see my sister at Council of Friends of Lancaster County Public Libraries Author Luncheon featuring Geraldine Brooks. (More on that later this week, but I'll give you a hint -- it was amazing!)

Since we hadn't seen each other for a few weeks, my sister gave me my belated birthday gift. It was the adorable scrabble tile necklace pictured above! She also got me a Knitting charm and a Paisley one so I could switch them out depending on my mood.

I immediately had to check out Homestudio's Etsy Store and see what other handmade charms were available. Booking Daughter immediately fell in love with all the cute cupcake charms as well as the dance ones, and she's already hitting up her aunt for a future birthday gift.

There are hundreds of charms and it's a good thing they are priced so reasonably (between $6 and $9) because I found so many cute ones that I'd love to own someday. Just check out all of the scrabble tile charms pertaining to books and reading. I can barely even begin to pick a favorite one... or two... or three.

One little warning: the charms are sold without chains, but Homestudio has them available for a very reasonable price!

Etsy is very dangerous! :--) It's bad enough that now there is pinterest but I try to stay away from Etsy because I almost ALWAYS get something!
